- High Intelligence: PLC + AI system for real-time monitoring, automatic optimization of separation parameters, and support for remote operation and maintenance.
- Airflow Centrifugal Classification: Utilizes inherent induced draft air pressure and a centrifugal wheel to classify electrode powder and metal granules, replacing inefficient vibrating screens and achieving electrode powder purity of nearly 99%.
- Ultrasonic Specific Gravity Separation of Copper/Aluminum Granules: Employs ultrasonic separation technology for high output and high purity, achieving copper and aluminum purity of over 98.5%.
- Enclosed Negative Pressure Black Mass Collection: Black mass is collected in a sealed negative pressure collection chamber, preventing dust leakage and ensuring a dust-free workshop environment, with dust levels ≤ 10 mg/m³.
