Advantages: No need for discharge. Batteries are directly shredded under nitrogen protection, achieving a fragment size of 15-50mm in one step. The system is equipped with multiple safety mechanisms, including oxygen monitoring, water-based explosion protection, automatic fire suppression, and temperature/pressure sensors, ensuring the oxygen concentration remains ≤3% during operation to prevent combustion and explosion. Under nitrogen protection (oxygen ≤3%) and temperatures between 150-350°C, the system utilizes the heat generated by the charged batteries' discharge and the waste heat from exhaust gas combustion as heat sources to rapidly volatilize the electrolyte in a short time. The system features explosion-proof designs. After pyrolysis, a flexible rubbing method is employed to separate the black mass from the metal foil, achieving a powder-foil separation rate of >95%.
