Lithium Battery Waste Separator Film Reuse Equipment for Pallet Manufacturing
Process for Reusing Plastic Film from Waste Lithium Battery Treatment to Manufacture Plastic Pallets
The dry-cleaned plastic film undergoes sorting to separate larger plastic pieces and heavy impurities, resulting in relatively pure separator film.
Modified additives are then added, and polymerization modification is carried out at approximately 190°C. This allows different plastic films to mutually dissolve and modify into a more stable polymer plastic, creating a new modified material.
The polymerized new plastic material is cut into small pieces, which then enter a buffer quantitative feeding system for precise feeding into the molding equipment. The molding equipment extrudes the polymer material to form plastic lithium battery pallets, plastic baskets, and other products, which are cooled and set to create final plastic products. During the polymerization and molding processes, the generated fumes (mainly moisture and a small amount of organic gases) are treated through filtration and catalytic adsorption before being discharged in compliance with standards.
