The crushed lithium battery soft pack composite aluminum enters the pyrolysis system, where the organic matter in the soft pack aluminum-plastic material undergoes pyrolysis at 600°C.

The heat generated from pyrolysis combustion supplies the pyrolysis system. Excess heat is used to heat water in a waste heat boiler, producing 75°C hot water for external sale.

After supplying heat, the exhaust gas passes through a high-temperature dust removal and alkaline spray system to remove harmful substances. Meanwhile, the aluminum foil is cooled. The cooled aluminum foil then undergoes friction stripping to remove ash powder from its surface, simultaneously causing the aluminum foil to form into pellets, creating deoxidized aluminum pellets. The material from the friction stripping process is then collected and classified to separate the ash powder from the metallic aluminum pellets, followed by screening to separate the aluminum pellets from the ash powder.
