Cathode Sheet Pyrolysis Repair and Regeneration Equipment
Lithium Battery Cathode and Anode Repair Production Line
Processing Capacity: 0.5t/h
The complete production process for waste cathode sheets utilizes "Low-Temperature Plasma + Microwave Thermal Repair Regeneration Technology." The waste cathode sheets are physically regenerated through a dry process completed in four steps: "Low-Temperature Plasma Decomposition + Flexible + Microwave Repair + Crushing and Classification." This equipment uses Hastelloy C22 and C276 materials to prevent corrosion by hydrogen fluoride; all other equipment is coated with tungsten carbide, ceramic, and Teflon spray to prevent impurity contamination of the repaired and regenerated materials.
The performance of the cathode lithium iron phosphate material regenerated using this technology is close to that of virgin materials, which can significantly reduce battery costs and environmental burden. This technology holds promising prospects for resource recovery and industrial application. It is an innovative, fully dry-process physical regeneration technique for waste lithium battery cathode materials. Through the synergistic effect of four steps, it achieves structural repair and performance recovery of waste cathode materials without the need for acids, alkalis, or substantial water consumption required by traditional wet metallurgy. This technology substantially shortens the process flow, reduces energy consumption and pollution, representing a major technological breakthrough in the field of lithium battery recycling.
