Harmless Pyrolysis Treatment Technology for Hazardous Waste
According to the National Catalogue of Hazardous Wastes (2025 Edition) and relevant technical specifications, the treatment of hazardous wastes must be carried out in strict accordance with their hazardous characteristics—such as toxicity, corrosivity, flammability, reactivity, and infectivity—as well as their chemical composition, under a classified management system. The oxygen‑free pyrolysis technology developed by Jufeng Company is primarily suited for organic wastes, including those containing organic solvents, waste plastics, diatomaceous earth, metal scrap, and medical waste.
Thermal Decomposition Treatment for the Resource Utilization of Waste Phosphogypsum
After years of dedicated research and development, Henan Jufeng Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a resource‑utilization and harmless treatment technology for waste phosphogypsum through thermal pyrolysis. This technology targets the byproduct of the phosphate industry—waste phosphogypsum—and employs an oxygen‑free pyrolysis process. By precisely controlling temperature (200–750°C) and the reaction environment, it achieves efficient conversion and resource recovery of solid waste.
Anaerobic Pyrolysis of Municipal Solid Waste
Anaerobic pyrolysis technology for sorted organic components of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), commonly referred to as pyrolysis gasification technology, is an advanced thermal treatment method for solid waste. Its core principle involves heating pre-sorted and enriched organic waste (such as food waste, waste paper, plastics, rubber, straw, wood, textiles, etc.) to a specific temperature range (typically between 350°C and 800°C) under oxygen-free or strictly oxygen-deficient (oxygen-lean) conditions. Through thermochemical reactions, the large organic molecules undergo a series of complex processes including cracking, dehydrogenation, and polycondensation.
Superheated Steam Decomposition of Municipal Solid Waste
As a core technical unit for the "Harmless Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste" project under the Ministry of Science and Technology's "13th Five-Year Plan" Key R&D Program, Henan Jufeng has conducted technical upgrades and improvements based on its subcritical water hydrolysis technology. The company successfully developed organic waste superheated steam decomposition technology. This technology can convert various organic wastes (such as food waste, animal manure, sludge, rural straw, industrial organic waste, municipal solid waste, garden waste, wet market waste, and other organic wastes) into organic fuel coal and combustible gas via superheated steam decomposition, achieving the goals of "zero pollution, harmlessness, and complete utilization."
Subcritical Water Decomposition of Municipal Solid Waste
Garbage Subcritical Water Hydrolysis Technology (Garbage Subcritical Water Pyrolysis) As a core technical unit for the "Harmless Disposal of Municipal Solid Waste" project under the Ministry of Science and Technology's "13th Five-Year Plan" Key R&D Program, Henan Jufeng was invited to collaborate with Huazhong University of Science and Technology to complete this project. Concurrently, after three years of iterative experiments, the company successfully developed the garbage subcritical water hydrolysis technology in 2021.
