Single Rotary Pyrolysis Furnace
The single rotary pyrolysis furnace independently developed by Jufeng Technology features a horizontal or slightly inclined, slowly rotating sealed cylindrical kiln body. Materials continuously enter from one end and, driven by the rotation of the kiln body, are constantly tumbled, scattered by lifting plates, uniformly mixed, and simultaneously moved forward. Throughout the entire process, the materials are heated indirectly or directly in an air-isolated environment, completing volatilization and thermal decomposition reactions. The final residue is continuously discharged from the end into a cooling system, where the high-temperature pyrolyzed materials are cooled to a safe temperature before being discharged from the unit.
The inner wall of the pyrolysis furnace is equipped with propulsion spirals and multiple rows of lifting plates. Materials are propelled forward by the horizontal angle of the rotary kiln or the rotation of the spiral-bladed drum. The heating method involves external heating of the furnace barrel, with heat sources including oil heating, gas heating, and electric heating (such as resistance heating, electromagnetic induction heating, and microwave heating). The rotation speed of this pyrolysis furnace ranges from one to ten revolutions per minute, and the material residence time can be adjusted between 40 to 100 minutes.
Through its structural design incorporating a rotary kiln body, nitrogen protection, sealing systems, external heating, and cooling systems, the rotary anaerobic pyrolysis furnace achieves the pyrolysis and resource utilization of organic waste under oxygen-free conditions. It represents an efficient and environmentally friendly thermal treatment technology. Related technologies have been applied in multiple industrial projects, demonstrating strong engineering maturity and promotional value.
