Multi-Group Screw Propulsion Pyrolysis Furnace
After 8 years of development and over ten rounds of technological improvements, Jufeng Technology has independently developed a molten salt pyrolysis equipment using molten salt as the heat transfer medium. This equipment is designed as a multi-group screw propulsion furnace type, featuring an upper and lower combination of multi-group reciprocating screw propulsion units. Materials enter from the top and exit from the bottom. The heating method is external heating of the screw barrel, with molten salt supplying the heat as the heat exchange medium.
Characteristics: It exerts a forced propulsion effect on various sticky materials, suitable for materials with a high proportion of plastics, large lumpy organic matter, and viscous substances. It provides strong propulsion for highly viscous plastics but is not very suitable for powdery materials.
Applications: Treatment of various organic wastes, including waste tires (pyrolysis oil yield 40-45%), waste plastics (conversion rate > 90%), industrial organic sludge, medical waste (no secondary pollution), waste lithium batteries, municipal and industrial solid waste, municipal sludge, oilfield oily sludge, waste electronic circuit boards, hazardous waste containing organic matter, various organic materials, hazardous pesticide-contaminated waste, agricultural waste (straw, rice husks), and oil-bearing metal shavings, etc.
